LIDSING SPD ADOPTED

The Lidsing Garden Community Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) was adopted by Maidstone Borough Council (MBC) on 11th February. The SPD sets out “high level” development principles which will deliver the quantum of development outlined in the adopted policy and serve as a guide for future planning applications.
